Carl’s one-liner: One works on the clock inside; one works on the skin outside.

The combo

Why run them together

Epithalon is run in short ‘bioregulator’ courses for telomere/circadian/aging research; GHK-Cu is the standout skin peptide (collagen, repair) that also has hair and anti-inflammatory data. Together they cover ‘inside’ (systemic aging) and ‘outside’ (skin).

It’s a slow, cyclical stack — think maintenance, not overnight change.

Running it together

Community-reported dosing & timing for the pair (Reddit & forums) — logged for education, not a recommendation to use:

ComponentCommunity protocol
Epithalon10 mg subQ daily, in 10–20 day courses every 3–6 months
GHK-Cu1–2 mg/day subQ 5 days/wk, or a 1–2% topical serum
CycleEpithalon in short bursts; GHK-Cu in 8–12 wk blocks
TimingEpithalon often at night; GHK-Cu daily

The synergy

Cautions: Epithalon’s evidence is concentrated in one research lineage and thin independently; GHK-Cu’s strong data is topical (injectable/systemic is less established). Both unapproved for these uses. Manage expectations — slow, subtle maintenance.

Who it’s for

The longevity/skin crowd who want a slow, cyclical routine. As always: read each compound’s full guide, and talk to a clinician before running anything.
